Functional Dry Needling

Functional Dry needling is a technique provided by our certified therapists which uses thin needles to penetrate underlying tissues and cause multiple benefits including increased blood flow, increased motion, decreased pain and biochemical changes in the body.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

BFRT is the brief and intermittent occlusion of arterial and venous blood flow using a tourniquet while at rest or exercising. While doing this, you can exercise with much less weight or intensity and still achieve significant gains in muscle strength. Post-operative patients can work a low intensities and prevent loss of muscle mass after surgery.

    • Can help to improve connective tissue restrictions by improving the mobility of soft tissue layers. MFD cupping is the only decompression modality in manual medicine.
